Large Event: Down Stairs of House including Kitchen and Tables and Chairs $125
Back Porch Only: Table and Chairs and use of Kitchen $125
Event with house and Back Porch: Set with tables and chairs $200
Basement rooms Table and Chairs available $60
Non-Profit Organization: To Be Negotiated
