Meet The Board

President for over 20 years; her primary focus has been sustaining and preserving the Clubhouse. Fundraising for nearly two decades.
She leads the board with perseverance and a gracious heart!

Deanna has been on the board for over five years, as secretary, she has given many dedicated hours to helping on numerous projects, such as the Clubhouse cookbook that was recently published!
 

Kathy has served three terms and is someone we can always count on. At any event or activity, Kathy seems to know exactly what needs to be done to keep things moving. Her dependability and willingness to help make her a valuable part of our board.

Ken is currently in his second term. As a professional decorator and Master Gardner. Ken has virtually constructed a Victorian garden around the parameter of the Womans Clubhouse. 
Not to mention fully restoring the bottom basement, which is now called “the garden level”

Willy has served on the board for over two terms and has consistently brought a practical, thoughtful approach to her service. She is our go-to problem solver, always willing to step in and help make any event, activity, project, or program a success.​​

Tanya is sitting in her first term. And has already immersed herself into several notable projects! Going out into the community and helping find donations for the luncheons, fundraising, sponsorships, and the most recent task of helping create a new retail area are just some of the newest projects.

Serving on the board for 11 years: focusing on social media platforms, special events, and fundraising. Some of her next projects will include a new retail space and a hall of history on the third floor. 
 

Rod, a recent addition has been a great asset to the Clubhouse! Being a retired math teacher from Southwood high school, Rod graciously accepted our invitation to join the directors in leading them into the financial future!

Karyn is new addition to the board serving her first term and bringing a fresh decorative perspective! Being involved in several professional events, such as weddings and large parties!

Recently retired as an HR director for a local company, she brings with her a wealth of knowledge, and will be taking on the newly assigned task of membership for the Clubhouse! Her jovial spirit, and her wealth of knowledge for special events, and time management will be a welcome addition to our Board!

Sharon is a long-term board member. Having been “the Clubhouse treasurer” for several years, she recently decided to take a break and move over to a Director’s seat. She is the first smiling face you see that greets you upon arrival at the luncheon!
